Men can be nurses too
Historically nursing was perceived as a female profession and medicine a male profession. Fortunately, we know the stereotypes are changing. This year is International Year of the Nurse and Midwife 2020, a year-long celebration of NHS nurses and midwives during Florence Nightingale’s bicentennial year and we would like to highlight two of our male nurses and share their nursing careers.
Stewart, is our CCRC Head Nurse and Jason, one of our Clinical Research Charge Nurses.
Nursing is a highly specialised profession, and as a registered nurse, you’ll be able to take your career in different directions and no two days are ever the same.
